    Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number 15/2025).

     

    The following laws shall cease to have effect by virtue of the entry into force of above-mentioned Law:

    1. Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number 49/2006),
    2. Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number 76/2011),
    3. Corrigendum of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number 89/2011).
